
Tonight JCMS wrapped up their Round Robin Girls Basketball Tournament. Tonight they competed against St. Francis/Holy Ghost.
7th grade won 32-5.
8th grade won 31-18.
8th grade were the overall winners for their grade level.
Jena Pegram was the 7th grade free-throw winner with 19 points.

JCMS 7th grade students attended a field trip to the Lincoln Presidential Museum in Springfield today! They learned all about Lincoln's childhood, family, rise to presidency, the Civil War, and more. It was a fun day of learning!

Ms. Muenstermann's 5th grade students used teamwork and problem solving skills to work out multi-digit multiplication equations.

REMINDER: Today's 8th Grade Basektball tryouts hosted at JCHS in the small gym will begin at 3:30 and will end at 5pm. Please come prepared with gym shoes and appropriate attire.

JCMS Panthers hosted the first night of their annual round robin girls basketball tournament.
The 8th grade defeated Gillespie 40-13.
7th grade gave a great effort, losing 19-24.







Mrs. Witt's 5th grade science classes have been learning about chemical and physical changes. Today, they did their own experiment and investigated to see if a chemical or physical change occurred.





Students in Mrs. Sharrow's elective class finished their paintings and proudly showed them off!


JCMS Football wraps up their season at Highland today. These young athletes worked hard all season and learned to play the game the right way. Thank you to Coach Tonsor, Coach Griffith, and Coach DeSherlia for teaching them to love and respect the game!





JCHS CTE Students attended SWIC Manufacturing Day then got a tour of Ehrhardt Automated Systems. These showcase tours were motivating, spectacular, and real possibilities for our students if they decide this is the pathway they want to pursue!

JCHS Girls Tennis qualified five players for the IHSA state tournament today at the Alton Marquette Sectional: Libby McCormick qualified in singles, with Tessa Crawford/Elise Noble and Emma McCormick/Kate Hudson qualifying in doubles. They will play on Monday for the team championship at Gordon Moore Park. Let's Go, Panthers!

Mrs. Zipprich’s Kindergarten class loved reading with their 1st grade buddies from Mrs. L. Heitzig class.


Mrs. Hughes class have been learning all about the Rainforest habitat this week. Students created a Rainforest to show off their creations in the hallway.


Mrs. Hermens’ Kindergarten students LOVE reading! They have already read 100 books this year! They celebrated with a munch and read during Reader’s Workshop.


JCMS Girls Basketball takes a clean sweep over the Lewis and Clark oilers in front of their home crowd! Both the 7th and 8th grade teams won by big margins. Shout out to the Blue Crew for coming out in pink to support our Panthers as well as breast cancer awareness month!




JCHS Soccer honored six seniors on Tuesday at their Senior Night Game. Seniors honored were; Evan Lacy, Skylar Crull, Perrin McCoy, Alex Hubbell, Keegan Griffith and Adam Kribs. Congratulations on your JCHS Soccer career. Jersey 100 is proud of you!
