Living Lands and Waters has an incredible classroom barge where Mrs. Gaffney's students got to spend the beautiful day. The organization's mission is to connect people to the water and teach about career opportunities.
Additional guest presenters included The Army Corps of Engineers and St. Louis Arch groundskeeping, landscaping, and tourism.
It was an eye opening experience to learn about the global transportation operations and the significant role that the Mississippi River plays!






College and Career Readiness got to connect with JCHS Class of 2023 graduate, Chloe Kallal via Google Meet. She shared about her transition to Iowa State University where she's majoring in Event Planning. Her little brother, Carter, is a freshmen in this class!


Introduction to Design students learned basic hand sewing skills that will be applied into the many projects that they will complete throughout the year!



Panther Volleyball goes 2-1 in the East Alton - Wood River Tournament for a solid 5th place finish!

Ms. Beauchamp’s first graders are having a blast learning math with iReady! They’re playing fun games that go along with their new math series.


WEEK 3 GAMEDAY is here! The Jersey Panthers Football team (1-1) travels to Charleston (2-0) for a non-conference game. Kickoff is 7pm at Charleston High School.

Grafton Elementary - Our amazing Speech Language Pathologist, Mrs. Blackorby, is helping our Pre-K students learn important skills! Today, she's reading the classic story "Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See?" to help them recognize letters and speech sounds.


JCHS Boys Soccer hosts Waterloo High School for a MVC match tonight at 6:15pm. The match was originally scheduled for 5:45pm.
