The Jersey CUSD No. 100 Board of Education is delighted to introduce Mrs. Beth Morgan as the new Assistant Principal of Jersey Community Middle School! Mrs. Morgan brings with her an impressive 26 years of dedicated service as a high school teacher, where she consistently showcased her passion and commitment to excellence. She served as a department head for six years, demonstrating strong leadership abilities and a steadfast dedication to educational quality.
Over the past year, Mrs. Morgan has seamlessly transitioned into the role of student services counselor, and her success is evident in her completion of mental health specialist training. She holds a Bachelor's in English, a Bachelor's in Education, and a Master's in Educational Administration, all earned from Lindenwood University.
With her wealth of experience, proven leadership skills, and unwavering commitment to our school community, we have no doubt that Mrs. Morgan will flourish as a leader at Jersey Community Middle School. Mrs. Morgan will officially assume the position of Assistant Principal effective July 1, 2024.
The Virtual Backpack is a convenient way to provide parents and students with important information and materials that would traditionally be sent home in a physical backpack. By hosting electronic versions of flyers, notes, and resources on the Jersey 100 website, parents and students can easily access and refer to these materials without the need for physical papers.
The organization of folders for each school allows parents and students to find the relevant information for their specific school quickly. Given that this is a new initiative, we will be adding information gradually as the school year progresses.
Check out the Virtual Backpack at https://www.jersey100.org/page/virtual-backpack
