Yesterday was an AWESOME day at West Elementary! We celebrated 2-22-2022--a very special "Two-s" Day. Students in Mrs. Beuttel's and Ms. Beauchamp's class wrote about their favorite duos (Batman and Robin got the most votes), went on a vowel team hunt, made compound words, and found words with double consonants. Students also played games with doubles facts, came up with different ways to make 22 (words, tallies, pictures), and found all of the numbers with a 2 in our 120 chart. It was such a great day!
