JCMS Wrestling qualifies 3 wrestlers for the IESA State Tournament!
Bodey Waltz - 85 lbs
Bo Allison - 85 lbs
Kadyn Hillis - 105 lbs
These wrestlers will travel to Northern Illinois University for the IESA State Wrestling Finals next weekend. Congrats to these athletes and Coach Frank Speidel!


IHSA Solo & Ensemble Contest Results:

JCHS Band & Choir students recieved 3 Division II scores, and 27 Division I scores! Congrats to all!

Ms. Herkert’s 5th grade class at JCMS was the top selling class in the chocolate fundraiser and got to tape Assistant Principal Mr. Leslie to the wall today! He bet them each a soda that it wouldn’t hold him for 30 seconds.

JCMS 7th grade Volleyball finished their regular season Thursday night with an outstanding record of 21 wins to 1 loss. They tied Bethalto Trimpe Middle School for 1st in the Madison County Conference!





Our JCMS teachers and staff attended a staff meeting on Thursday and things got a little crazy! We have the best people serving our kids at JCMS!

JCHS salutes the two students selected as nominees for the IHSA All-State Academic Team. Students are selected based on a high GPA, participation in sports or activities, and outstanding citizenship. This year's nominees are Edward Roberts and Morgan Johnson. Congrats to both!

JCHS Jazz Ensemble earned 3rd Place and Top Division I Score at the Jazz in the Meadows Festival.


Jersey Wrestling was fierce on the mats today! The JCMS wrestling team traveled to Auburn Jr. High School to compete in their first IESA Regional Tournament. Our JCMS wrestlers finished 3rd as a team and qualified 11 wrestlers for the East Peoria Sectional next week!

JCHS Students in Spanish 2 classes have been practicing how to describe people and their clothing in Spanish. They ended their lesson with a fantastic fashion show!


Tomorrow, Friday, February 25, 2022, we will be offering Jersey 100 students breakfast and lunch via a drive-through pick-up in front of JCHS from 10 a.m.- 12:00 p.m.
