Senior Night post continued... Tanner Brunaugh would like to recognize his brother, CJ Brunaugh. "I would like to recognize my brother. He has always been one of my biggest supporters throughout my entire sports career. He has pushed me to be a much better athlete and to have a lot more fun in every sport I've played. And is a big reason for where I'm at, and why I play. " Due to CJ attending college, a picture was not possible. Logan Meisner would like to recognize his aunt, Carolyn Meisner. "She has taught me how to be a kind, selfless, and caring person. She has always been a major supporter in my life and has attended almost all of my sporting events." This announcement will come through as two separate posts due to photo limitations. Come support the JCHS Boys Basketball team tonight as they take on the Carrollton Hawks. JV tipoff is 6pm with Varsity to follow. Tonight is a special night as we honor senior student athletes in Boys Basketball, Cheer and Dance. the Senior Ceremony will take place immediately following the JV game. Parents of seniors should arrive by 6:45pm. There will be a PA announcement to let parents know when to report to the hallway east of the gym. The six senior Basketball players would like to recognize people in their lives that made an impact on their academic and/or athletic careers. Jacob Wagner would like to recognize his brother, Luke Wagner. "Throughout my sports career he has always motivated me to get better and challenge me to be the best that I can be. " Ayden Kanallakan would like to honor the JCHS Athletic Trainer, Tanner Krumwiede. "Unfortunately, I have had to spend a lot of time with him due to injuries, but that is why I am recognizing him. Tanner has been nothing but great to not only me but also to every athlete in the school. His impact on my athletics and everyday life has been amazing whether it be pushing me hard during physical therapy or just being a person to talk to and get advice from because he has been through it all. I really appreciate everything Tanner has done for me through my high school career and hope he can have the same impact on someone else. " Drake Goetten would like to recognize his brother, Dax Goetten. "Dax has been my biggest fan throughout my career and there is nobody that I have spent more time playing and enjoying basketball with." Ethan Klunk would like to recognize his teacher, Mrs. Beth Morgan. "I would like to recognize Mrs. Morgan because she has made the biggest impact on me regarding my academics. She has always encouraged me to work at the highest level and prepared me for the high level of writing that I have had to complete so far this school year. Mrs. Morgan is a major part of my success and accomplishments in writing this year.". Tanner Brunaugh and Logan Meisner continued on next post due to image limitations on each post.
