The Virtual Backpack is a convenient way to provide parents and students with important information and materials that would traditionally be sent home in a physical backpack. By hosting electronic versions of flyers, notes, and resources on the Jersey 100 website, parents and students can easily access and refer to these materials without the need for physical papers.
The organization of folders for each school allows parents and students to quickly find the relevant information for their specific school. Given that this is a new initiative, we will be adding information gradually as the school year progresses.
Check out the Virtual Backpack at https://www.jersey100.org/page/virtual-backpack

The students of East Elementary School were excited to use the parachute in PE class. Mr. Heitzig explained the rules and had them work together to lift the parachute up and wave it around while playing several games. The students had so much fun that they didn't even notice they were following rules and working as a team. Mr. Heitzig's enthusiasm was contagious and made them feel excited about PE class.
