Our amazing first-grade students had a blast learning about apples at Eckert's Apple Orchard! They explored the orchard, picked their own delicious apples, and learned a lot . What a fantastic field trip! 🍎

JCHS 2024 Homecoming Spirit
Congratulations to Derek Woolsey from the class of 2000 on being named the 70th JCHS Homecoming Spirit! Unique to Jersey, the Homecoming Spirit is voted on by the Spirits of the past on the 25th reunion of their senior football season. The Spirits not only excelled on the gridiron, but have remained invested in the Jersey community.
The Jersey 100 Board of Education revealed the newly established name of the football field as: JCHS Homecoming Spirit Field. This honors all of the Spirits who have made a tremendous impact on the Jersey community.

JCMS Pawsitive Panthers for the week of September 27
Our first graders were apple-solutely delighted on their field trip to Eckerts!
JCHS Advanced Design learned to follow intricate patterns to create stuffed bears, bunnies, and elephants on three sewing machine!
JCHS Design students used their first crochet square assignment as inspiration for the Jersey County Arts Council Scarecrow Competition. Jada, Natalie, and Emily volunteered to assemble the (not so scary) scarecrow which landed them 1st place!
Scarecrows are on display next to Germania and will eventually be moved to State Street.
These 8th graders are taking flight! In Mrs. Nichols' Ag/Wood class, they're learning the ins and outs of drone programming. By mastering flight paths, measurements, and more, they're gaining valuable skills that could launch them into exciting drone-related careers.

The JCHS Cheer team and the JCHS Band performed at East School this morning for a pep rally! The little Panthers were excited to welcome our JCHS students to pump them up for Homecoming!
Week 5 GAMEDAY!!!!!! JCHS Football hosts conference foe, Triad, for the Homecoming game. Homecoming Festivities will begin at 6:35 with the introduction of Homecoming Spirts.
Kickoff is 7pm.
