With the help of our generous community, the JCHS Volleyball team was able to raise $201 for Breast Cancer Awareness! The monies will be donated to the Susan G. Komen Foundation in honor of those who have lost their battle with breast cancer, and those who continue to fight!

JCHS Culinary students roasted vegetables and had a lot of fun! Most were pleasantly surprised that our seasoning and healthy cooking techniques were so simple yet tasty and delicious.


A big Shout-Out to Mr. Snyder’s construction classes for building the sets for our Theater Departments production of Arsenic and Old Lace this weekend!

JCHS Girls Volleyball
Varsity went 1-1 Friday at the Triad Tournament. The Panthers lost to Springfield-Lutheran and beat Glenwood-Chatham. The Panthers continue the tournament on Saturday.

Friday Night Football
Our Panthers battled the Bulldogs Friday night. Waterloo won 48-24.


Before the football game on Friday night, JCHS fans saluted our Senior students in Cross Country, FFA, and Golf.


The JCHS Blue Crew went pink for tonight’s football game to support Breast Cancer Awareness and to root on the Panthers!

JCHS Freshmen, JV, and Varsity teams battled hard and lost to the conference-leading Waterloo Bulldogs on Thursday.

JCHS Girls Golf
Our Lady Panthers Golf Team finished 4th at Regionals at Belk Park Golf Course. Three golfers have qualified for Sectionals:
Bria Tuttle (87) 8th place
Jerra LaPlant (87) 8th place
Madi Darr (94) 14th place.

JCHS Senior Parents!
There will be a Financial Aid Informational meeting held by JCHS School Counselors on Wed, Oct 6th at 6:30 pm in the JCHS IMC. The meeting is for senior parents who will have their first child in college next year or need a financial aid refresher course.
