Young Native Americans Squanto (Quincy DeSherlia) and Samoset (Mason Green) visited the 2nd graders to talk about life in the 1620s. They answered questions and brought several artifacts like animal pelts, Chief Massasoit’s headdress, and real arrowheads. Second grade students have learned so much about the lives of Native Americans and Pilgrims over the past two weeks! This was such a fun culmination!
