June 12, 2025:  School Physicals, Sports Physicals, and Immunization Clinic 9:00 AM -12:00 PM, and  1:00 PM - 7:00 PM at JCHS

• Open to all students

• Physicals are $25 cash or check (Insurance will not be billed)

• Immunization Clinic - will be billed through private insurance and Medicaid, or $20 per shot for uninsured.

• Signed Consent Note: If a Parent/Guardian is not present at the time of the physical, please send a signed permission slip giving consent for your child to receive a physical.

August 5, 2025 Pre-K Registration 9:00–12:00 PM at West (Other by Appt.)

• ALL Pre-K Registration (Grafton & West) will be held at West Elementary

• This is for families who have received a letter of eligibility. Letters are mailed at the end of July

August 5, 2025: New Student Registration 12:00–7:00 PM at All Schools

• Families with students in multiple schools will only need to go to one school to complete the registration process.

August 6, 2025: JCHS 9th Grade Orientation - 9:00 AM at JCHS

August 13, 2025: JCHS 8th Grade Parent Orientation 6:00 PM at JCHS

August 18, 2025: JCHS 8th Grade Student Orientation 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

TBD:  West Elementary First Grade Open House/Supply Night, 5-6PM

August 18, 2025: JCMS Grades 5-7 Meet the Teacher Night 5:00–6:30 PM

August 18, 2025: East Elementary Open House/Supply Night
