May 7, 2024: JCMS 5th Grade Parent Orientation 5:30-6:30 PM

July 30, 2024: School Physicals, Sports Physicals, and Immunization Clinic 8:30 AM -12:30 PM  and  1:30 PM - 7:30 PM at JCHS

• Open to all students

• Physicals are $25 cash or check (Insurance will not be billed)

• Immunization Clinic - will be billed through private insurance and Medicaid, or $20 per shot for uninsured.

• Signed Consent Note: If a Parent/Guardian is not present at the time of the physical, please send a signed permission slip giving consent for your child to receive a physical.

August 1, 2024: Pre-K Registration 12:00–7:00 PM at West (Other by Appt.)

• ALL Pre-K Registration (Grafton & West) will be held at West Elementary

• This is for families who have received a letter of eligibility. Letters are mailed at the end of July

August 5, 2023: New Student Registration 12:00–7:00 PM at All Schools

• Families with students in multiple schools will only need to go to one school to complete the registration process.

August 6, 2024: JCHS 8th Grade Student & Parent Orientation 6:00 PM at JCHS

August 7, 2024: JCHS 9th Grade Orientation - 9:00 AM at JCHS

August 12, 2024: JCMS Grades 5-7 Meet the Teacher Night 5:30–6:30 PM

August 12, 204:  West Elementary First Grade Open House/Supply Night, 5-6PM

August 13, 2024: East Elementary Open House/Supply Night

• 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grades. 6:00 - 7:00 PM

August 13, 2024: Grafton Elementary Open House

• 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grades. 5:30 - 6:30 PM at Grafton

• Kindergarten: by appointment only

August 19, 2024: Pre-K Open House at Grafton or West (For Notified Eligible Students)

• AM Class Students 5:30

• PM Class Students 6:00

August 14, 2024: First Day of School for Students in Grades 1-12

August 14-15, 2024: Kindergarten Orientation (scheduled appointments with individual families)

August 16, 2024: First Day of School for Kindergarten

August 20, 2024: First Day of School for Pre-K
